The Bar is barring you from Justice … unless you hire one of its lawyers!
The Bar is not our friend. The Bar is a “private” association of lawyers barring us from OUR courts! The Bar and its lawyers are not government officials we can vote in or vote out at the polls. They are beyond our control, yet they “bar” us from OUR courts!
If you want to help your neighbor by advising or assisting with legal problems, you can’t.
If you want to represent your own company in court, you can’t.
If you want to probate the will of a recently deceased family member, you can’t.
In each of these cases, and many more, the courts require you to hire a Bar lawyer!
And, if you try to represent yourself but don’t yet know the rules and tactics you need to win, you may be ordered to hire a lawyer!
The Bar and its expensive lawyers are blocking the doors to OUR courthouses, hiding the rules and tactics WE have a right to know and use … without having to pay them our money. They offer help with outstretched hands demanding money and submission to their ancient monopoly on Justice that should be FREE for ALL of us, as our Pledge of Allegiance promises!
Bar lawyers make $500/hour or more to do what an increasing number of pro se litigants are learning to do for themselves. If we don’t know how to win in court without a lawyer, we pay for Justice and pay dearly. Only 18% of us can afford to hire a lawyer. We need to be asking, “Where is Justice for the 82% of us who must work for a living?”
Our courts belong to US, not to the Bar or its tens of thousands of lawyers. Our courthouses, paid for with our tax dollars, should not be providing an exclusive place of “business” for lawyers to make money at our expense.
Justice and the simple rules and tactics necessary to get Justice should be FREE for everyone! Every one of us should have FREE access to our courts and to the simple rules and tactics lawyers use to get rich.
Our courts are where we can command judges to hear our complaints and act on them. Our only real power is in our courts. Our votes and the democratic process itself (for which so many gave their lives) have been undermined by recent United States Supreme Court decisions favoring the pocketbooks of corporations and corrupted politicians who care more for their party than for the rest of us or for the sacred principles of America that must be restored by US. We dare no longer imagine the political process alone can ever rebuild the sacred foundation from which OUR nation had its birth.
It’s time for change … BIG CHANGE!
United together in this common cause, we can command our government to teach us the rules of court and the simple tactics we need to get Justice without a lawyer! We can command our government to teach us in schools, in prisons, in colleges, and on the internet. We can command our government to do this FREE OF CHARGE.
Instead of waiting till the polls open to cast our votes in competition with giant corporations and the ultra-wealthy who’ve controlled our lives too long already, we can file lawsuits in our courts where our combined voices must be heard and acted on in compliance with the Rules of Due Process, the Constitution, and our Sacred Heritage of American Common Law!
