Leadership

The Jurisdictionary® leadership team brings together a powerful blend of legal expertise, digital innovation, and deep commitment to social justice, guiding our mission to expand access to justice education across the United States. With backgrounds spanning the courtroom, the classroom, and the evolving digital landscape, these leaders are united by a shared belief that knowledge is a catalyst for equity. Their collective experience ensures our work remains both legally grounded and socially responsive, empowering individuals and communities with the tools they need to better understand and navigate the justice system.

Conceived by Dr. Frederick Graves, JD, one of the most passionate, experienced and committed legal minds in the United States, Jurisdictionary® brings his vision to life. He's surrounded himself with a leadership team and a board of advisors that amplify the message and need for justice education to Americans who understand that we ALL have rights AND that we have the right to KNOW HOW to enforce your rights without a lawyer!

Frederick Graves, JD - Chairman / Founder

Dr. & Mrs. Graves

Frederick Graves is the founder and chairman of Jurisdictionary® and a licensed attorney who began practicing in 1986. We recognized that there was a fundamental need to teach ordinary people practical, step-by-step courtroom tactics without relying on a lawyer. He launched his online legal education course in 1997. He is a long-time advocate for accessible justice, emphasizing his mission to help people understand their rights, navigate court procedures, and gain confidence in legal disputes through affordable, common-sense instruction.

He's won case after case in state and federal courts using the simple rules and common-sense tactics you will learn quickly with the tools and courses found on Jurisdictionary®... step-by-step.

Lawyers are hiding your most valuable right!

Law License at JurisdictionaryYou are told you have rights. You are told they are God-given, inalienable, and belong to each and every one of you.

But there is one right you were NOT told about. You were not told about your RIGHT TO KNOW how to enforce your rights without a lawyer!

Lawyers hide your RIGHT TO KNOW. They hide this knowledge so they can charge $500 per hour to do what this valuable course will teach you quickly ... step-by-step.

Here are a few of his successes using the same rules and tactics you will learn at Jurisdictionary®.

  • Forced giant insurance company to pay for loss of my client's home due to arson they tried to blame my client for.
  • Obtained court orders protecting two young boys from their father who murdered their mother.
  • Saved a karate school sensei from ruin when he was sued by a student who got hurt through his own negligence.
  • Fought and won for a young couple to adopt children whose father was serving a life sentence at the state penitentiary.
  • Compelled a judge to order release of unjustly restricted trust money needed by a young man struggling to get his start in life.
