The Jurisdictionary® Advisory Board expands our mission. They guide our leadership team on what matters: providing Americans the justice education they need to enforce their rights, stand on solid ground in court, and confidently navigate the legal system.
These thoughtful, committed supporters believe ordinary people should understand the rules that govern them and have practical tools to hold court officials accountable, demand fairness, and pursue justice with clarity and confidence.
Daniel Allen
Daniel Allen brings a lifetime of hands-on experience, independent thinking, and practical problem-solving shaped by work across the construction trades, including licensed HVAC, electrical, and building disciplines. Raised in a close-knit rural community, he developed an early appreciation for personal freedom and responsibility—principles that would later guide both his professional path and his approach to the legal system. Through real-world challenges in business, contracts, and disputes, he gained firsthand insight into how legal structures affect everyday people, particularly those operating without institutional support.
After experiencing both the limitations of traditional legal representation and the consequences of procedural misunderstandings, Daniel committed himself to legal self-education, eventually finding alignment with Jurisdictionary®’s teachings. He has since applied these principles in property, building, and local governance matters, helping individuals navigate regulatory barriers and assert their rights. Today, his work extends into alternative housing education through Tiny Giant Life, where he teaches practical building methods alongside the importance of lawful self-advocacy. His focus remains on equipping others with the knowledge and confidence to act with clarity, protect their interests, and operate independently within the framework of the law.
Robert Earl Burton
Robert Earl Burton brings decades of experience in institutional operations, project management, and systems oversight, developed through a career in higher-education facilities beginning in 1985. Serving in roles ranging from facilities manager to director of buildings and grounds, he has worked extensively with budgets, personnel, specifications, and procedural frameworks. This background has shaped a disciplined, process-oriented approach to complex problem-solving and organizational structure.
Robert recognizes the value of Jurisdictionary® in helping individuals understand legal processes and court procedures, whether preparing for court, actively engaged in a case, or working alongside counsel. He applies the same clarity and discipline from his professional career to lawful study and supports those appearing pro se by encouraging structured thinking and effective communication. His broader work in biodynamic and organic gardening, labyrinth design, and guided personal development reflects a consistent focus on order, balance, and the practical application of foundational principles.
Pete Gustis

Through real estate transactions, business ownership, and navigating complex disputes, he has developed a clear understanding of how legal principles operate in everyday life. His work reflects a practical approach to risk, responsibility, and the structures that govern financial and contractual relationships.

Jim Soloman
Jim Soloman brings a rare combination of financial, regulatory, and legal experience to his work. With licenses in Life and Health Insurance and a history of holding Series 6, 65, and 3 securities licenses, along with membership in the National Futures Association, he has developed a deep understanding of how complex systems operate—and how they are enforced. His background is not theoretical; it is rooted in real-world application of compliance, financial structures, and the rules that govern them.
Building on his formal legal training through the Duke University Paralegal Certificate Program, Jim has taken his knowledge into the courtroom, where he actively litigates as a pro se plaintiff in complex civil cases. As a dedicated student and practitioner of Jurisdictionary® principles, he focuses on precision, strategy, and disciplined execution. His work reflects a commitment to understanding the system as it is—and using that understanding effectively in pursuit of lawful outcomes.
