A woman shows up in court accused of a crime. She claims she is a “trust”, not a “person”. That’s her defense. She loses. She blames the court.
Tens of thousands believe such nonsense and lose.
A man says, “No lawful court has ever existed.” He thinks this will win for him. It doesn’t.
Too many believe this stuff.
Another demands his name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS is not him. The court has the “wrong guy”. Another loss. Another reason to blame our justice system.
For our entire 30 years people have told Jurisdictionary® this nonsense. They believe it.
One claimed, “I control the court by stepping into the Office of Executor/Executrix and appointing the judge as my Trustee.” This was in an email to Jurisdictionary®. This person and far too many others believe such folly.
One woman said she could avoid the law by copyrighting her name so the courts couldn’t use her name in court papers. Crazy.
Where’s it all coming from?
The list of absurdities is too long to present more, but the impact is destroying good people who believe them.
More and more believe every judge is crooked, every court a kangaroo court, that our justice system is corrupt to its core, that the only solution is outright rebellion and, in extreme cases, open violence or even murder.
Where’s it really coming from?
From enemies! That’s where. Propaganda cooked and promoted by foreign countries using social media. The internet has become a free-for-all floodgate for the lies of malicious people with a grudge against our justice system. They use social media to spew this garbage into the minds of unsuspecting folks who lose faith in our courts and teach others to ignore our laws.
Lies always injure innocent people who believe them. If they discover the truth at all, they discover too late. The lies do not hold water. The lies don’t stand up in court. The lies are lies!
Deceived people who lose complain they lost because our justice system is corrupt when, in most cases, they lose because they refused to recognize that justice must have Rules and only those who know and follow the Rules can win.
In 1943 when our founder of was born, America was at war with Japan. Tokyo Rose (several people, not a single woman) broadcast radio propaganda to our troops in the Pacific, discouraging them from fighting or turning them against their officers. The messages were all lies.
That’s what propaganda is … lies intended to turn people against the truth.
We’re being bombarded with propaganda today.
Many call themselves “sovereign citizens”, believing their “sovereignty” puts them above the law, beyond the reach of judicial authority. The American People taken as a body are The Sovereign in a nation like ours. Individuals are not sovereign above the rest of us!
People believe this rubbish until it doesn’t work and then blame our judicial system for not agreeing with these absurdities.
Foreign nations use AI today to permeate our social media with anti-justice propaganda. Their propaganda is entertaining, sometimes hilarious animations designed to convince us our courts and our entire system of government is corrupt, unworthy of our continued support and efforts to improve things.
These lies are not the product of half-wits. They are too complex to be created by simple-minded folk. They originate from sources with an agenda to undermine confidence and faith in our judicial system. They originate in nations that hate our way of life.
Our enemies turn ignorant people against our justice system, weakening public confidence in America herself.
Don’t be taken in! Our judicial system has a few bad apples. Most are lawyers out to make a buck no matter how they must lie and steal to do it. But only a rare few judges need adjustment; most are honorable and do the best they can. We can learn to defeat the lawyers and educate the judges by learning the Rules and Tactics that will win for us.
The more we know about the Rules of Procedure, Rules of Evidence, and common-sense tactics, the more victories we will have in court, and fewer losers will believe the anti-judicial propaganda that’s presently fomenting anger, rebellion, and violence in our nation.
Be a true patriot. Learn the official rules and common-sense tactics that win court battles.
Teach others.

I’m not sure of the origin of information Sovereign Citizens try to use but, in addition to the foreign enemies viewpoint, I think at least some of it comes from scammers trying to make a buck selling fake license plates, so-called International Driver’s Licenses, etc. The stuff they write apparently sounds correct to those who go this route and lose. Sadly, of course, they would have benefitted from taking the Jurisdictionary course first. What they need is to take the course offered here.
