You are hearing the word “authoritarian” in the news and being warned that democracy and our democratic way of life are threatened by current increasing authoritarian tactics tending to undermine and evade the critical restrictions on government that our Constitution was wisely written to provide.
Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
The men who fought and argued over what our Constitution should say and how it would provide genuine Liberty for us all were truly wise in one particular aspect; they knew that other men would forever and persistently seek fame and favor financially by usurping power by political manipulation and intrigue. They anticipated this. Most of them came from a background where “constitutional” gatherings in their local communities had taught them the value of Law and Order as a barrier to the ambition of undisciplined men eager to gain benefits at the expense of others.
The United States Constitution is a limitation on the powers of our government.
That function of our Constitution to limit and prevent the exercise of authoritarian rule is being ignored by ignorant justices in our highest courts, while power-hungry politicians are impetuously proceeding to evade the rules that keep you and your children safe from the consequence of having the police power acting at the behest of a small handful of ambitious men.
The persistent tendency of men to acquire political preeminence has been known for thousands of years. The birth of this nation of ours was unlike the birth of any other. No king or despot would rule us, for our Constitution would stand resolute against the anticipated inroads of all who sought to rule. We would govern ourselves according to law. We would not be ruled!
At this critical hour, there may be no hope to save ourselves and our children from the rule of absolutist authoritarians manipulating the police power to retain control over our economy, our international relations, our schools, our right to speak freely, and our hope to remain proud to be Americans.
The way back is for you and your neighbors to USE THE COURTS before they are taken away from you completely or so corrupted that you can no longer make your voices heard and compel witnesses to testify under oath.
An increasing number of you insist that violence is the only answer. But, the people’s resort to violence only further empowers authoritarians to use the police power against you.
Learn how our Constitution is being prostituted by ignorant justices in our highest courts. Read the recent appellate court opinions. You can still find them on the internet. We cannot be sure they will remain available to you if today’s authoritarian rulers decide it is not in their best interest for you to know what they are up to.
Above all else do not lose faith in America.
William Penn called America “The Holy Experiment”, and it is an experiment testing the will of her people to stand against every attempt by powerful men to override her principles and defy the rule of her Constitution.
Will the experiment stand the test?
The answer to that question will not be up to others, friends.
It will be up to each of you and your willingness first to LEARN and then to ACT.

I am learning, to know where to look and what is relevant, never mind the cost of materials for anyone who has time.
America needs a few million like you, Jason, eager to learn how to restore our Republic by protecting our Constitution (that was written to limit the power of government) from the giant corporations and wealthy authoritarian politicians so the working class can be secured with the liberties our Constitution promises. Teach others to use my case-winning tactics, so they can use the courts that belong to the people, not the Bar.
