The Power of the Courts

You see government leaders out of control.

You see our leaders making decisions with which you strongly disagree, decisions that affect you and your loved ones

You wonder how it’s going to turn out when it’s time to go to the polls again and vote.

And that’s the problem!

You wait for the polls to open to cast your vote and hope your vote gets the results you want.

But!

There’s another way.

It’s called a “pleading”.

A simple paper.

Just two or three pages will do wonders for you.

A pleading states certain facts that, if true, trigger existing law that must be enforced by our courts!

Pleadings don’t argue the facts. They just state the ones that trigger existing law.

Law judges are required to enforce.

Suppose you don’t like what your children are being taught in school, or what city council decided about condemning private property to allow a wealthy commercial developer to take over, or how someone’s false statement affects you personally, or how police are overstepping their lawful authority. The list is endless.

Do you wait for the polls to open so you can cast your vote?

Or do you write a simple pleading, file it at your local courthouse, and force a judge to enforce the law that protects you?

You have this power!

It belongs to you!

You’ve always had it.

You just didn’t know about it, because nobody explained it to you (and the professional Bar refused to do anything to let you know about it).

That power is yours now.

You can wait for the polls to open and hope your vote gets you what you want.

Or, in just a couple of hours you can know how to write a powerful pleading.

Get your complaint heard.

Coerce a judge to do what the law requires.

Secure Justice without waiting for the polls to open!

With Jurisdictionary® this power is yours NOW!

I got sneak attacked by my courts today.
They are not allowing me to submit any evidence.
How can I get my judges to do anything?

Sorry you are having problems, but I see you’ve not yet subscribed to our Key to the Courthouse case-winning tactics course where you could be learning how to get your evidence admitted, how to move the court to enter orders, how to deal with judges and other court officials when they seem to go afoul of the law. There is no substitute for knowledge, Jessica. You need to soak up what my course says about the Evidence Rules and Courtroom Objections. Without the knowledge in those two classes, you will continue to experience these upsets. Court corruption is nothing new. It’s been going on for thousands of years. The GOOD NEWS is that with Jurisdictionary® you don’t need to be a victim.
